One of the most prestigious projects, DAMAC Towers by Paramount Hotels and Resorts, is a development which embodies the spirit of Hollywood lifestyle with offers luxury living in a prestigious location. It is one of the company’s most successful projects in terms of marketing and feedback from its clients.

Another astute move has been to market luxury properties to middle-income group. The company has also been working on projects to bring unique living concepts to residential areas, such as DAMAC Hills. It’s a very diverse project with different styles of units, including modern, and branded villas designed in cooperation with their partners.

DAMAC is also expanding geographically. As well as several locations in the Middle East, it has also expanded into the UK with a signature project, DAMAC Tower with interiors by Versace Home nearing completion in London.

The team at Netguru has been instrumental in helping DAMAC to produce a comprehensive digital product that delivers a range of features. Agents are now able to effortlessly browse through the latest offers, check all relevant property details including the size, location, and specifications amongst other additional features.

The app also has an in-built calculator that enables agents to automatically estimate a mortgage for their clients along with Sales Offer Creator that allows them to generate a PDF file in just a few clicks. The platform was designed and developed for both iOS and Android systems to ensure maximum coverage of the target audience.
