Dorota is a strong believer in two things in her professional life: humble, enthusiastic and well-reflected Life-Long Learning (both formal/structured and informal/social) and in Peter Drucker’s saying: "Culture eats strategy for breakfast", which rings so true in today’s VUCA times. For this reason, before joining Netguru, she’d been working at an intersection of People Development, CSR, Diversity and Knowledge Management for over ten years. Her mission is to cultivate inclusive, socially responsible and inspiring organization environments that help people grow and feel empowered and fulfilled with the contribution they make both as team members and as individuals. As Head of People, she and her team watch over the right kind of cultural mix and bespoke people processes, which are aimed at attracting and leveraging the talent of outstanding tech and business Netgurals. Privately, a great aficionado of docs in all its formats: radio, TV, film, book and photography. Hand-picked, home-brewed specialty coffee drips make her day. On a separate note, a happy, trying-so-hard-not-to-be-a-helicopter-mum of Maja and Jakub.
