Accountant's dreams come true: introducing Billing App for AppLift.

AppLift decided to build an internal accounting system that makes billing and invoicing a piece of cake.
They wanted a simple, user-friendly solution and contacted us to help them out in the development phase. That's how it all started.
Over the past couple of months, we've been working with the amazing team from the Berlin-based AppLift. Our goal was to create an app that makes life for their accountants easier.
As it's an internal project, we can't spill all the details (ah, unless you’re working in AppLift’s accounting department!), but we'd love to share a few insights with you on the project.
Quick Intro
AppLift is the leading mobile games marketing platform that helps mobile game advertisers acquire loyal, quality gamers. With more than 300 game advertisers, and 80+ million actions per month, you can imagine their accounting team has quite a lot on their plate.
To make work go smoother & faster for them, AppLift decided to build an internal accounting system that makes billing and invoicing a piece of cake. They wanted a simple, user-friendly solution and contacted us to help them out in the development phase. That's how it all started.
Billing App
Billing App is fully tailored to the needs of AppLift’s accounting team. Users can send invoices to media partners & advertisers and create/edit credit notes; all of which can later be exported to PDF and CSV. They can also set reminders to make sure no overdue invoice goes unnoticed.

Login Panel
To make it even more handy dandy, we put everything in one place. Accountants can access all their crucial data from the handy statistic module in the dashboard panel. It allows them to quickly find whatever they need (e.g. check the monthly sum per tax group, amount of credit notes per affiliate in September, etc.).

Dashboard with some dummy data
Thanks to Twitter Bootstrap, the app has a simple but solid look. And yes, it’s responsive in case somebody needs access from a mobile device.
The Netguru team was happy to provide both - back-end & front-end development and building the Billing App from the ground up!
Here's what Gil Danziger, VP Engineering at AppLift says about our collaboration:
“Netguru is a great partner. They allowed me and my team to focus on further developing our product line. They managed the entire development process, delivering very high quality results. We look forward to further growing our partnership.”
Thank you Gil!
