What is your ultimate work inspiration here at Netguru? I think meeting interesting people is the most inspiring in our daily work.

What is Netguru’s Product Design Team’s secret sauce? Every day I admire how open-minded these people are and how everybody likes each other despite differences in their opinions.

What makes you work here? Cool people, the ability to work in an ever-changing environment. I'm curious where it will take me.

Toto Castiglione, Senior Product Designer, 3+ years at Netguru

What is your ultimate work inspiration here at Netguru? Solving a lot of interesting problems together with amazing people is my daily inspiration here, at Netguru.

What is Netguru’s Product Design Team’s secret sauce? We make people feel like a part of a team, everybody has their own small responsibilities according to their personal skills and ambitions.

What makes you work here? The friends, team spirit and flexibility this job guarantees. Also, we have the top processes, which guarantee the best quality.

Adam Zielonko, Design Lead, 2 years at Netguru

What is your ultimate work inspiration here at Netguru? When I joined company there were like 20 designers, now is over 60. Being part of such thriving department and therefore facing different challenges is inspiring.

What is Netguru’s Product Design Team’s secret sauce? We are obsessed about the details. We put so much effort in everything we do, either internally and on social media (have you seen already our Dribbble and Behance profiles?).

What makes you work here? An opportunity to work on digital products from various industries with amazing people from all over the world.

What is your ultimate work inspiration here at Netguru? I feel I can make an impact on the development of the UX area within the whole company. It’s very inspiring.

What makes you work here? One of the best product teams in the world, where we create & deliver great products by learning about the client and the client’s users’ needs. There's no other team like that... and our clients know that as well.

What is your ultimate work inspiration here at Netguru? We've managed to gather a lot of top designers under our roof. Being among those incredibly talented guys gives you sort of a kick, a constant drive to get better and better.

What is your ultimate work inspiration here at Netguru? For me, it's the people looking in the same direction, as well as the honesty and open-mindedness of my teammates.

What is Netguru’s Product Design Team’s secret sauce? Every PD team member wants to make great things and push their boundaries. No one thinks as an individual, we're a team first and foremost. We're proud of being a part of Netguru.

What makes you work here? I appreciate the work-life balance at Netguru. Also, you don't feel like an outsider even as a 100% remote member of the team. Obviously, the projects are great. I also have to note that with each new project I could hone not just my hard skills, but soft skills as well.
