Perhaps it is your ambition to become a great Project Manager - if so, there are a host of management skills to be developed. This, in turn, means you’ll need to put in the study hours too. Knowledge gained from journals, workshops, conferences and case studies can be invaluable. The reason for this is quite simple: they provide an opportunity to exchange knowledge, share experience and learn from each other.
At Netguru we love to share knowledge! For this very reason, it is our pleasure to invite you for the 3rd edition of our Project Management Workshops.
11-12 July (Saturday and Sunday). From 9 am to 5 pm at the Netguru headquarters in Poznań.
For everyone who’d like to dive deeper into project management. Experience is not necessary, but it’s great if you have some.
Basically, you’ll pick up the foundations for effective Project Management. We’ll show you how to achieve a good balance between Interpersonal (soft) skills and Technical (Hard) Skills.
Here, you can expect a bit of a communication matrix. We will explore issues connected with how to build effective communication with different types of clients in various projects:
A little theory to teach you some basic risk management for various projects. Here, you will gain some valuable experience in advanced scheduling and monitoring:
The workshops are conducted in a light, friendly atmosphere and consist of presentations, discussion panels and role play sessions based on the scenarios we create together. This is how we learn hard, play harder!
First of all, sign up for our PM workshops newsletter. Once you’ve done so, you will receive an initial task to solve. You have to submit your answers by the 6th of July (by 11:59 pm CET). Then it’s just a matter of waiting for us to get back to you. Although we only have 15 places to offer, we do contact everyone who took the trouble to solve the task. Good luck everyone!
