Agile Practice Lead

As the company is growing rapidly, we want to ensure to keep meaningful agility in the center of our approach. Therefore, we are on a lookout for experienced agile practitioner and leader to help our organization further by joining our PM management team as Agile Practice Lead.

What are an Agile Practice Lead’s duties?

  • Being a coach/mentor for Agile practices inside chosen projects
  • Suggesting improvements in data analysis, tools, and processes according to Agile mindset and best practices
  • Cooperating with all other Practice Leads (across the whole organization) as well as cooperating with all other departments in the company to support the best agile practices
  • Cooperating/consulting with Netguru clients
  • Leading workshops/training for PM and non-PM audience
  • Representing Netguru during internal and external events focused on agility
  • Supporting business value education, understanding, and processes implementation
  • Supporting organizational V2MOM strategy and ownership of chosen V2MOM goals. 

Skills and experience required:

  • Agile certification
  • The ability to effectively interact with employees at all tiers of the company as well as clients
  • In-depth knowledge and broad experience in managing diverse agile IT projects
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The expertise of the agile project management tool - Jira
  • Can do, positive and proactive attitude
  • Have an excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C1+); Polish not required.

It would be a plus if you: 

  • Have Agile transformation experience
  • Have change and transition management experience
  • Posses Lean and/or Design thinking knowledge
  • Can show examples of previous conference presentations and/or articles/texts publication.
