Our Business Development Team takes care of our clients from the very first hello. The Team leads the process through qualification, needs analysis, project estimations, and negotiations, to signing the deal. The team is growing, that's why we're looking for you.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

  • Promoting the company's products and services to new and existing clients.

  • Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations.

  • Collaborating with project managers, developers, and designers to ensure timely completion of projects.

  • Conducting market research and developing client-specific strategies to increase sales.

  • Hosting presentations and demos to showcase the company's technical capabilities and project management methodologies.

  • Identifying and addressing client concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

First, check if you have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client-facing roles within the software development industry.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into profitable business opportunities.

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

Nice to haves:

  • Understanding of the Account-Based Sales approach.

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Outreach.io or other CRM systems.

  • Able to present company at external conferences and maintain a professional social media presence.

  • Experience in working in a remote-first culture.

  • Proven experience in inbound and outbound sales or a related field.
