We are currently looking for a Data Insights & Business Solutions Manager to work closely with our Operations Team and provide expertise in data governance and processes.

Your main responsibilities will center around:

  • Leading a team of talented engineers and specialists (including Salesforce, Business Data Analysis, Process Management):
    • Building the team’s development strategy.
    • Being responsible for acquiring new team members based on the team’s needs and challenges. 
    • Mentoring and motivating your direct reports (team leaders and individual contributors) via a dynamic, confident, and professional demeanor.
    • Supporting your team to succeed in reaching their professional goals.
    • Supporting interdepartmental teams towards the integration of different processes, frameworks, and standards.
    • Promoting interdepartmental knowledge sharing and an ecosystem based on open discussion, new ideas, and best practices.
  • Supporting business solutions based on gathered information and observations:
    • Increasing prediction accuracy in key business areas.
    • Providing the best solutions for complex problems that other teams may have.
  • Designing and implementing a short-term and long-term company data strategy:
    • Providing strategic direction regarding data management and governance.
    • Overseeing a portfolio of data-related product roadmaps and custom development of the Salesforce platform.
    • Solidifying and expanding a high-quality data ecosystem.
    • Building business data analytics capabilities.
    • Cultivating a culture of data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Ensuring the creation and maintenance of value-driven, optimized processes and frameworks within Netguru:
    • Support in optimizing and building new processes, including connected change management.
    • Championing key frameworks (for example, OKRs) to ensure alignment across all departments/teams and pushing for improvements.
    • Ensuring that the Data and Processes team provides real business value to Netguru’s internal clients.
    • Defining and communicating the company’s standards and frameworks implementation.
    • Ensuring that standards and best practices are maintained across the organization.
    • Ensuring company data and processes problems are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Collaborating effectively with other Netguru teams:
    • Working directly with our Head of Operations and in close collaboration with the management team.
    • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities and drive innovation and improvements.

What do we expect?

  • 2+ years of experience in managing a two-level team of 10+ people.
  • 3+ years of experience in data management and governance.
  • Experience in successfully setting up and optimizing company-wide frameworks and processes
  • Proven track record in planning and implementing business, growth, or product strategies.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (minimum C1); Polish is not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve ambitious goals in an innovative, agile, fast-paced, and growing company.
  • Strong critical thinking ability and analytical skills – you don’t accept the status-quo and assertively strive to implement new solutions based on data analysis.
  • Ability to establish effective long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Forthright team player who is an active member of a high-performing environment.
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn new things, keeping track of industry trends and competitors’ activities.

And even better if you have:

  • Experience in a relevant role in a growing software consulting company.
  • Experience in working with the OKR framework. 
  • Experience in custom development for data-related products – for example, Salesforce. 
  • Experience in writing informative blog posts, articles, and presentations on digital products and services.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret technology and market trends for technology and product roadmaps.
