The Opportunity

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you would be responsible for managing the processes around the website and blog, administering back-end marketing systems, managing social media channels, managing email marketing processes, and providing marketing analytics.


About you:

  • Eligibility for opening a sole proprietorship in Poland.
  • Proven 4+ years of working experience in digital B2B marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • A very good command of written and spoken English (CEFR C1+).
  • Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Ability to solve technical problems / processes and understand complex details. Ability to increase operating efficiency and produce high quality technical solutions. Good command of Marketing Automation solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should feel comfortable speaking and presenting findings.
  • Experience in insights generation and analysis. Able to clearly translate insights and data. Data and results-driven mindset.
  • Nice to have: HubSpot experience.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Manage a HubSpot based website (CMS management, SEO optimization, conversion tracking, site structure planning) with help of a content producer and the development team.
  • Manage and optimize both organic and paid marketing campaigns (search engine, social media, email) and targeting to efficiently use allocated resources.
  • Manage all MarTech tools, including web analytics, marketing automation (integrations, workflows), email marketing.
  • Work on CMS-CRM integration (HubSpot), making sure of best use of data.
  • Manage all social media platforms (including posting, linking, content distribution).
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Manage marketing database (lists, segmentation).
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
