Our team consists of 20+ experienced and professional DevOps Engineers. 🚀 We’re Cloud Agnostics and we support the top three providers (AWS, Azure, GCP). We are licensed partners of Microsoft Azure (MS Gold), Amazon Web Services (AWS Partner & Reseller) and Google. Currently, we're on the lookout for our new Cloud Manager.

Let us guide you through your future work. You will work in 2 areas:

Technology Leadership & Strategy

  • Drive organization’s strategy related to Cloud on enterprise level.
  • Ensure the high quality of Cloud services, technology standards and common practices are maintained across the DevOps projects and are aligned with the company’s direction
  • Keep a strong focus on the automation and optimisation of delivered solutions.
  • Work closely with the Presales and Business Development teams to increase the impact of cloud-related services for Netguru and develop further cloud partnerships.
  • Partner with the Security Team to ensure compliance and with the Dev, QA, PM, and other tech teams to find efficiencies, increase performance, and educate on best practices.
  • Work together with our Employer Branding team and PMO in the subject of cloud awareness inside and outside of the organization.

Talent Management

  • Build and execute your team's strategy based on market trends and innovations.
  • Build a community around Cloud services in Netguru among developers, look after DevOps rituals (e.g. DevOps Academy), and take care of DevOps RnD projects;
  • Plan and design development budget, career and certification paths together with the team's People Leader.

You’re a perfect fit if you have:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in leading teams of 10+ Cloud Engineers or developers.
  • Hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Software Development, building and/or overseeing scalable products.
  • An understanding of the importance of architecture and infrastructure in the software delivery process.
  • Understanding business needs in the area of mission and vision related to the company's cloud strategy.
  • Understanding of how cloud solutions might enable enterprise growth and scalability.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve ambitious goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in building and executing a team development strategy.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (minimum C1).
  • Strong critical thinking ability – you don’t accept the status-quo and assertively strive to implement new solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Optimism, strong communication and leadership skills, and a can-do attitude.

And it’s even better if you have:

  • Prior experience with multi-cloud/cloud-agnostic solutions.
  • Prior experience working in the digital services segment.
  • Experience in managing multiple Cloud projects for external clients.
  • AWS/Azure/GCP certifications to prove your track record.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps methodology.

What will happen next?

  1. You will receive an email from our recruitment team if your experience matches our requirements.

  2. If this is the case, you will be invited for a meeting with one of our Recruitment Specialists to discuss your expectations, background and formalities.

  3. If everything goes well, you will be invited to an interview with our HR Business Partner, during which you will be asked to work through some case studies related to team management and soft skills.

  4. The next step is a case to solve, which will be checked by our Engineering Manager and Technology Director. After receiving positive feedback, you’ll be invited to the technical interview to present your solution.
