We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst to join our team!

For this role, it is crucial that you have:

  • proficiency with Power Bi and DAX,
  • vast experience in establishing automated comprehensive reporting system through implementation of Power BI from scratch (this will be one of your main responsibilities);
  • vast experience in integrating data from different sources (Salesforce, Accounting System, spreadsheets etc.) with a focus on automating and implementing enhancements to tools (this will be one of your main responsibilities).

Your responsibilities will centre around:

    • maintaining & enhancing reporting environment through ongoing adaptation of reports to the constantly changing environment (e.g. following profit & cost centers, or budget structure modifications),
    • actively participating in the preparation of the yearly, quarterly and monthly analysis, forecasts, and budgets,
    • answering (also ad-hoc) queries from Senior Management and Executive Team to support decision making processes,
    • improving existing processes, creating new ones and organising them in a system,
    • communicating processes and results across the whole organization as well as conducting occasional workshops on financial reports and tools.

We want you on board if you have:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role, especially in reporting, budgeting and financial planning activities,
  • very good command of written and spoken English (CEFR B2+),
  • proven knowledge of management accounting and bookkeeping principles,
  • excellent command of Excel,
  • experience with designing databases (e.g. SQL),
  • strong critical thinking and analytical skills with an ability to use and evaluate different sources of data,
  • strong ownership and an ability to involve the right people whenever it’s beneficial.

It would be a plus if you are:

  • familiar with Salesforce, Enova, or other CRM systems or accounting tools,
  • familiar with Business Intelligence tools such as OBIEE, Oracle Analytics, QlikView, Hyperion Planning or similar.
