We are looking for a Growth Hacker who will help us effectively communicate with our network of potential clients and partners with different marketing tools and techniques. We work on with great attention to detail and a proactive attitude, which are the things we value the most at Netguru.

Your responsibilities:

  1. Managing and iterating on PPC channels,
  2. Creating and executing a strategy for PPC 
  3. Reporting and documenting efforts and results,
  4. Constant experimenting and improving marketing funnels.

  1. Have great knowledge of the tools necessary for your job:
    1. Facebook Ads,
    2. Linkedin Ads,
    3. Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager & Search Console,
  2. Have experience in B2B marketing,
  3. Have good analytical skills,
  4. Are able to work independently,
  5. Understand business processes and B2B sales funnels,
  6. Have a good command of written and spoken English (CEFR C1+); Polish not required.


Also, we will be happy to see that you have:

  • Experience in SEO
  • Practical knowledge in building landing pages and A/B testing
  • Knowledge about fin-tech and banking, knowledge of:
    • demand generation techniques,
    • marketing automation solutions and analytic tools.
