We are looking for an outgoing Growth Specialist (Lead Nurturing) who will help us effectively communicate with our network of potential clients and partners. We work on with great attention to detail and a proactive attitude, which are the things we value the most at Netguru.

Your responsibilities will include:
Working on understanding the market challenges of potential clients.
Updating and analyzing the database of leads using data from our marketing automation tools.
Doing market research with the use of data-driven approach.
Actively engaging in conversations with potential clients.
Participating in the content creation process using a content generated by lead.
Reporting and analyzing successes.
Trying to answer potential client's doubts at every stage of their decision process.

The salary range covers both - junior and regular position. Based on your professional experience as well as our assessment, you can find yourself in:
first bracket, junior: 4,500 pln net B2B / 3,600 gross UoP or
second bracket, regular: 5,750 - 8,750 pln net B2B / 4,600 - 7,000 UoP.
