  • Required skills: at least one year of experience in an administrative role, C1+ level of English and Polish, familiarity with Google Workspace
  • Nice to have: experience in a similar role, working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Location: Poznań or remotely in Poland


Your responsibilities:

  • Managing our internal HR tools,
  • Development budget administration,
  • Updating internal HR databases and our knowledge base,
  • Being ​the first point of contact for HR-related queries (including managing our HR Helpdesk),
  • Preparing basic reports and analyses,
  • Cooperation with Head of People, Managers, Leaders, HR Business Partners, and our Internal Communications and Finance Teams.

We want you on board if you:

  • Have an excellent command of written and spoken Polish and English (CEFR C1+),
  • Have at least one year of experience in an administrative role,
  • Are familiar with business software such as Google Workspace,
  • Have very good organizational and analytical skills,
  • Are flexible and able to prioritize tasks well,
  • Are responsible and adhering to deadlines is important for you,
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal),
  • Are willing to learn and develop your career path in the HR field,
  • Have a basic knowledge of Polish payroll-related regulations.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a similar role,
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.
