What are the responsibilities of an HR Business Partner?

  • working closely with company leaders and Head of People to understand the wider business context and the human capital management needs of a dynamically scaling organisation,
  • acting as partners to company leaders in all matters related to employee onboarding, development, succession planning, promotion and offboarding,
  • developing and implementing long-term strategies to develop and retain talent,
  • building and scaling robust and replicable human capital management processes,
  • data-driven decision making,
  • acting as employee champion and change agent
  • conducting market research and testing new approaches and best practices,
  • embodying and promoting Netguru organisational culture.

We want you onboard if you:

  • have substantial HR Partnering experience,
  • have proactive strategic approach and know how to co-shape the overall human capital management strategy responsive to challenges and continuously changing needs,
  • are relationship-based and know how to drive an intensely well-network, trusting, inclusive organization,
  • are analytical, initiative and solution focused i.e. able to translate data driven strategy into action,
  • have hands-on experience in designing and modifying career paths and advancement policies,
  • have a very good command of written and spoken Polish and English (CEFR C1+),
  • have excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • are proactive, systematic and have strong analytical skills,
  • are forward-looking and focused on growth - of oneself, organization and people around you.

The salary range covers both - regular and senior position. Based on your professional experience as well as our assessment, you can find yourself in

first (regular - 7,500 - 10,600 B2B or 6,000 - 8500 UoP) or

second bracket (senior - 10,600 - 14,400 B2B or 8,500 - 11,500 UoP).
