IT Operations Engineer

Your responsibilities

  • Management of orders and stock control using the Freshservice platform.
  • Freshservice application management in compliance with the set SLA.
  • Hardware and software asset management.
  • Responsibility for video conference systems hardware management.
  • Warehouse infrastructure management.
  • Product stock control and management.
  • Hardware and software expenditure control.
  • Reporting on hardware-related KPIs.
  • Handling onboarding equipment.
  • Handling hardware related issues via various channels.
  • Fulfillment of internal requests from IT Ops.
  • Continual process and procedure monitoring and improvement.
  • MDM system management.


    • Experience in support of either macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, or Windows users.
    • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.
    • Ability to manage own work time and tasks effectively.
    • Service Desk/ incident management/ IT hardware troubleshooting experience.
    • Hands-on experience with hardware and/or software asset management.
    • Experience with IT asset management and CMDB – configuration item (CI) management.
    • Great organisational skills, responsive mindset, and ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
    • Ability to efficiently work as part of the team as well as individually (depends on the specific task).
    • Technical knowledge to enable troubleshooting of laptops, printers, smartphones, and tablets.
    • Good command of written and spoken English and Polish (at least CEFR B2).


  • Previous experience with Freshservice, JIRA, G Suite, Apple hardware, and software.
  • ITIL framework awareness.
  • Experience of working with MDM solutions.
