Junior Customer Service Specialist

Joining Netguru as a Junior Customer Service Specialist means:

What are the responsibilities ?

  • maintaining an outstanding relationship with external collaborators,
  • answering all queries from external developers during recruitment process and addressing them with respective teams,
  • escalation of partners' feedback,
  • creating infopacks and other useful materials ,
  • skills mapping, creation of internal database,
  • creating and maintaining simple internal databases for the team.

We want you to come on board if you have:

  • very good analytical skills,
  • excellent numerical skills and written and verbal communication (English at CEFR C1+),
  • 1 year of experience in proven track of records in customer service, preferably managing partners’ relationships,
  • basic knowledge of Russian and/or Ukrainian,
  • experience in working with a CRM (preferably with Salesforce),
  • eagerness to find answers to complex issues,
  • ability to think outside-the-box,
  • focus on external partners expectations.

Nice-to-have:

  • experience in IT recruitment.
