Junior Project Management Officer

We are currently looking for a Junior Project Management Officer who will assist the PMO team in data analysis and strategic allocation of human capital within Netguru projects.

What are the duties of a Junior Project Management Officer?

  • managing and optimising the scheduling process;
  • cooperation with developer’s leaders, PMs and QAs regarding their goals and preferences in terms of project allocation;
  • supporting Business Development and PM departments in effective talent allocation process;
  • preparing documentation, summaries, reports and process automatization;
  • using different tools and applications in the process of scheduling;
  • cooperation with vendors and suppliers.

You’re a perfect fit if you have:

  • a very good command of written and spoken English and Polish (minimum C1 level);
  • some professional work experience (preferably in project management, HR, administration, operations management or customer service);
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • outstanding organisational skills and confidence in managing complex tasks;
  • the ability to react quickly to rapid changes and effectively manage your time;
  • the ability to work full time.

  • have background in an IT environment and a passion for new technologies;
  • are a university student or have degree in Management, HR area or Psychology.
