We are currently looking for a savvy New Business Manager to lead our Inbound Team.

If you join us, you will:

  • Lead a 15+ strong New Business Team to achieve set revenue goals; 
  • Grow new business revenue through effective conversion of inbound customer inquiries and proactively identified sales opportunities;
  • Deliver business results by directing and coaching the team to successfully close opportunities as well as leading by example and getting directly engaged in the most important opportunities; 
  • Work closely with New Business Team Leaders and Head of Business Development;
  • Partner up with Pre-Sales Team, Tech Experts, Client Partners, Account Managers and Growth Team to win new customers
  • Work in a fast-paced and change-rich environment that powers digital acceleration for customers from Europe, the United States, Asia and the Middle East;
  • Join a well-functioning team with a potential for further improvements; 
  • Support your team’s development and growth (including planning resources & hiring). 

You - ideally:

  • Have successfully led a new business sales team
  • Have experience with selling services, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas;
  • Have worked with start-ups, scale-ups and enterprise companies on international markets; 
  • Have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken (CEFR C1+ or native);
  • Have passion about new technologies and good understanding of IT industry
  • Have managed a diverse team with different seniority levels (including planning resources & hiring);
  • Can influence buyers and skilfully negotiate in a competitive market;
  • Are a natural communicator with excellent persuasive and interpersonal skills;
  • Have strong critical thinking and analytical skills, as well as a high degree of assertiveness;
  • Can hold people accountable while staying empathetic and are committed to help your team members develop; 
  • Can give and gather constructive feedback, evaluate it, and set key goals;
  • Are proficient with using Salesforce.
