Service Delivery Manager

As Netguru is growing rapidly we are looking for experienced leaders to help us shape organisation further by joining our management team as Service Delivery Manager.

What are a Service Delivery Manager’s duties?

  • taking full ownership of ambitious goals,
  • coordinating the development of design and software solutions, overseeing 25-75 projects,
  • understanding the business value and taking ownership over result-oriented goals,
  • cooperating with Engineering Managers and Customer Success Leads, and internal close collaboration across the whole company,
  • cooperating/consulting with Netguru clients, including discussions, negotiations, and visits (occasional),
  • coaching and mentoring employees and acting as a trainer at internal and external events,  
  • reviewing and improving the current processes, creating new ones, implementing novel tools and solutions,
  • overseeing all organizational processes and transformations, including team growth, recruitment, V2MOM.

Skills and experience required:

  • minimum two years of experience in direct or indirect managing a team of 10+ people,
  • in-depth knowledge and broad experience in managing diverse agile IT projects,
  • the ability to effectively collaborate and negotiate with internal and external clients,
  • successful delegation and empowerment to team members examples,
  • ability to face unpredictable situations and coming up with the best possible solutions,
  • ability to prioritize between tasks from different scopes of work: strategic and operational,
  • crisis, change and transition management experience,
  • strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills,
  • can do, positive, proactive attitude,
  • have an excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C1+).

It would be a plus if you: 

  • have experience in Project/Program Management and/or Operations/Services Management and/or Product Management,
  • already managed distributed/virtual teams before,
  • have an interest in tech & innovation-related topics,
  • have consulting experience,
  • used Jira, Salesforce, Slack tools for professional purposes.

PLN 15,000-18,125 + VAT (B2B) + company shares/options package
PLN 12,000-14,500 gross (UoP) + company shares/options package
