We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager who has the passion and the skills to manage New Business opportunities and negotiate contracts with new accounts.

Your responsibilities will centre around:

  • Managing New Business pipeline,
  • Qualifying inbound leads and encouraging our inbound leads to start working with Netguru,
  • Adjusting the approach and sales process to the client’s needs in order to maximize the chances to close the deal,
  • Negotiating terms with new accounts and closing business deals,
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate information, and creating a positive customer experience

We expect you to have:

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar position at a software consulting/ IT solutions organisation (excluding SaaS),
  • experience working with targets (monthly, quarterly, etc.) and exceeding them over 100% for at least couple of quarters,
  • proven track of closing deals of around or exceeding 1 mln PLN, total in a year,
  • excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C2+),
  • fluency in any second language - WOULD BE A BIG ADVANTAGE,
  • impressive written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities,
  • experience in addressing and resolving complex customer issues,
  • efficiency in creating action plans with accounts and closing deals,
  • proactive approach to improving processes,
  • general knowledge of outreach process and account management,
  • willingness to travel.

Additionally, it would be great if you had:

  • ability to plan and execute strategy for selling new services,
  • ability to create specific client proposals,
  • hands-on knowledge of contract negotiation,
  • in-depth technical knowledge and ability to advise clients about technological strategies,
  • ability to incorporate and suggest new tools for the team to use to increase overall team productivity,
  • network of contacts and established relationships,
  • linguistic or liberal studies graduate.
