We are currently looking for a Senior Project Management Officer who will take over leadership in the PMO-Talent Allocation team.

What are the duties of a Senior Project Management Officer?
Leading the PMO Talent Allocation team,
providing Talent Allocation for Netguru’s project portfolio,
creating, managing, and optimising the scheduling process in a fast growing company,
cooperating with a broad range of internal stakeholders: Account and Project Management leaders and specialists, Engineering Managers, and developers’ leaders, as well as assisting them in reaching business goals with strategic talent allocation processes,
preparing documentation, summaries, reports, and process automation,
using different tools and applications in the process of scheduling,
cooperating with vendors and suppliers,
last but not least - fostering a strong relationship with the Netguru team.
We want you to come on board if you have:
a very good command of written and spoken English and Polish (minimum C1 level),
professional work experience in Project Management or Project Coordination, Business Development support, Operations Management or Customer Service,
excellent leadership,communication, and interpersonal skills,
outstanding organisational skills and confidence in managing complex tasks,
the ability to react quickly to rapid changes and effectively manage your time,
the ability to work full time.
