What are the responsibilities of a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist?

  • Creation, operationalization and implementation of Netguru’s sourcing strategy for all recruitment processes
  • Data-driven decision making and responsibility for giving direction to the development of the Sourcing department
  • Responsibility for the budget and selection of sourcing tools
  • Guiding recruiters and hiring managers to manage the sourcing process with a high level of quality and initiate contact with prospective candidates
  • Finding, engaging, and activating passive candidates through the use of X-ray, Boolean, LinkedIn and other search techniques
  • Measuring the effectiveness of your actions and scaling solutions
  • Conducting market research and testing new resources and techniques Have expert knowledge of sourcing tools, trends, and methods

We want you onboard if you:

  • Have substantial sourcing experience as a freelancer, with an agency, or an in-house recruiting team
  • Have previous experience in collaboration with internal and external clients
  • Are experienced in a fast-growing company with large sourcing and recruiting needs
  • Have expert knowledge of sourcing tools, trends, and methods
  • Participated in a project with full responsibility for implementing a new feature/product
  • Have a very good command of written and spoken Polish and English (CEFR C1+)
  • Have impressive communication and interpersonal skills
  • Are proactive, systematic and have strong analytical skills, as well as the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Have satisfaction from fully responsibility and autonomy in your daily duties
