Currently, we are looking for a tech-savvy Social Media Specialist to strengthen our Communications Team, and help develop and promote Netguru’s brand with passion and originality.

Let us guide you through your main responsibilities:
Managing the company’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc.); ensuring that the accounts are updated on a daily basis and messaging is timely and relevant.
Generating, editing, and publishing daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages to take action.
Sharing content created by Netguru, such as videos, blog posts, landing pages, as well as various milestone events, third-party articles or partner content on oursocial media sites and in external online communities (e.g. Quora).
Competitive research, benchmarking, and monitoring of current trends, tools, channels and strategies in social media.
Researching and identifying topics with the biggest potential for social media visibility and traffic.
Ready to apply? First check if you:
(Must-have) Have an excellent command of both English and Polish, both written and spoken (both CEFR C1+).
(Must-have) Have 1+ years of proven track record in social media marketing and experience in managing a variety of SM platforms in both English and Polish.
Have knowledge of principles of content marketing.
Are a self-motivated creative thinker, who can effectively execute and deliver high-quality results in a timely manner.
Can predict future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
Have strong organizational, critical, and analytical skills.
Know how to create simple graphics, e.g. in Canva or any other graphic design software suite.
Have a passion for IT, technology, and business news.
