Currently, we’re on the lookout for a motivated Strategic Engagement Executive who’ll boost our New Business Team to the next level of growth.

Your responsibilities will centre around:

  • developing a territory plan and a pipeline of new clients and strategic client engagements through market research and business analysis,
  • maximising territory potential through targeting prospects, qualifying, identifying needs and demand creation
  • generating new target prospects through research, networking, and referrals,
  • approaching client executives with a consulting business mindset,
  • nurturing your prospects by creating the foundation for long-term, value-based relationships,
  • cooperating with Business Development, Growth and Presales Teams to build and execute on your strategy,
  • successfully converting new target accounts (optional).

Requirements for a Strategic Engagement Executive:


  • excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C2), Polish not required,
  • experience in or knowledge of IT and/or new technologies,
  • track record of generating revenue in amounts of $1M and upwards,
  • consulting mindset and the ability to build and convey the vision in a compelling way,
  • ability to develop an excellent relationship and good networking skills,
  • understanding of Account-Based Marketing,
  • working knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outreach.io or other CRM systems would be a plus.

Additional requirements for a Senior Strategic Engagement Executive

    • minimum 2 years in working with territory plans with demonstrable success,
    • experience in planning and executing strategy for selling to new industry/country and services,
    • vast technical knowledge and understanding of new technologies,
    • a network of contacts and established relationships,
    • consulting background (nice to have).
