What are the responsibilities of a Support Engineer?

  • Supporting Netguru employees with: access and usage of Github, Jira, Confluence, G-Suite apps, CI tools like CircleCi, Code Climate, Bitrise etc. Management of orders and stock control using Freshservice platform.
  • Support with MacOS, iOS, Android, Linux hardware.
  • LAN and Wifi network management.
  • Stock control, orders and staff hardware management as well as dispatch of equipment to end users.
  • Cooperation with suppliers and equipment resellers.
  • Planning, dispatch and monitoring of IT equipment orders for all internal stakeholders.
  • Working in collaboration with multiple departments across organisations, ie. operations, finance, dev teams, DevOps.Tools and apps access management for all Netguru employees.
  • Developing automation tools and processes for internal non-IT departments.
  • Constant evolution and review of Support Team internal processes and strategies.
  • Technical onboarding for new employees.


  • Knowledge and experience of working with G-Suite platform, Github, Jira,
  • Knowledge and experience of LAN/WAN networks (experience of using Unify equipment is a plus),
  • Experience in support of MacOs, Linux, iOS, Android users,
  • Knowledge and experience in implementation and management of antivirus solutions (ESET, Trend Micro etc),
  • Ability to work independently under a minimal supervision in a dynamic environment,
  • Ability to manage own work time and tasks effectively,
  • Experience of working with MDM solutions an advantage,
  • Proven knowledge and experience in practical usage of scripting languages to automate processes (bash/ruby/python) is an advantage,
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Polish (CEFR B2+).
