Currently, we are looking for a Conversion Analyst who would like to join one of our key long-term projects within the banking industry and develop a lasting relationship with our client - a leading player on the market.

  • Required skills: previous experience with UX, lead-generations, micro-conversion, hard data, AB testing; knowledge of tools like Optimizely, Google Optimize, Adobe Target, Adobe Suite (Target, Analytics) or similar; very good command of English.

Ready to apply? First check if you:

  • Are located in Poland as you might be asked to visit the office for a few days a month;
  • Have previous experience with UX, lead-generations, micro-conversion and you understand how to work with hard data;
  • Know the principles of AB testing;
  • Are familiar with tools like Optimizely, Google Optimize, Adobe Target, Adobe Suite (Target, Analytics) or similar;
  • Have a strong command of written and spoken English (it's going to be your working language);
  • Understand B2C business.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Conversion optimization and measurement, using qualitative data (surveys, usability tests etc.) and quantitative data (web analytics)
  • Working on lead generation and micro conversions;
  • Making sure that the interface is user-friendly, enhancing self-service through the website;
  • Developing, implementing and evaluating UX and experimentation concepts (e.g. A/B-Tests)
  • Translating the results to the business and presenting data, dealing with the internal stakeholders;
