Aga loves challenges in both her personal and professional life. If something is difficult to do, she would readily handle it. However, the biggest challenge she has defined so far is to improve something that already works well: To make good better and better so that it becomes almost perfect. That’s what she's currently doing at Netguru as a person responsible for making our internal processes smooth and consistent. In her free time, Aga does some sports. A lot of sports in fact. Cycling, dancing, callisthenics and swimming, which allows her to take a deeper breath, freshen up her mind and find new ideas. After a typical busy day, there is nothing better for Aga than a cup of warm tea, a healthy dinner and a good book.
