Let's make tech for good. Together.
We believe business should be a force for good — for people and the planet. As a Certified B Corporation™, we meet high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.
This means we’re committed to creating real, positive impact across five key areas: governance, workers, community, environment, and customers.

01
We include and formally guarantee stakeholders in our decision-making process.
02
03
We foster an inclusive workplace culture and social participation, and advocate those externally.
04
We reduce our footprint and offset the unavoidable emissions with quality carbon credits.
We are many. We are different. We love that
We’re developers, designers, project managers, and tech experts who build impactful digital products — and we do it with purpose.
We’re a diverse, curious team that learns from every project and every person we meet. Growth isn’t just encouraged — it’s built into how we work, with dedicated budgets and clear development paths.
We believe in transparency — from open feedback to visible salary ranges. We work remotely and flexibly, always striving for a healthy work-life balance.

We have been tracking our carbon footprint since 2020. It has decreased due to reductions in team size, less business trips and office space rentals, as well as access to more accurate data on our cloud footprint. Scope two of our emissions—energy consumption by offices and hardware, including at home—has always been the highest. For more details go to ESG Statement.
Any unavoidable carbon emissions are offset through high-quality carbon credits via an agroforestry project in Belize by TerGo.

To remain transparent about our Environment, Social and Governance practices, we disclose information related to our organizational structure and diversity, due diligence policies, pro publico bono activities, cash and in-kind donations, and our environmental impact. Take a look at our impact from a broader perspective.
We arrange matched funding when local communities need financial support.
We donate hardware and furniture to local nonprofits in need.
We share our tech skills with nonprofits to increase their impact.
