UX/UI design and prototyping for early stage development for a green energy sharing system.

Salzburg AG, a leading greentech company offering innovative energy and infrastructure solutions across Europe, partnered with Netguru to create a feature-rich app that enables peer-to-peer energy trading and sharing.

The company wanted to take advantage of new government regulations allowing citizens to participate actively in the move away from fossil fuels and contribute to the clean energy transition.

Our team went through a thorough UX/UI design process, from branding workshops and wireframing to prototyping and user testing.

In just two months, Netguru delivered a pixel-perfect prototype, validated with real users, that works seamlessly across desktop and mobile devices.

Using machine learning based on real, historical data, our team built an energy consumption forecasting model and advanced visualizations for the energy management system.

The prototype we co-created helped NeedEnergy secure their spot in Equinor & Techstars Energy Accelerator, a mentor-led program that supports startups and companies on their journey to reduce the world's emissions.

Rapid MVP Development to tackle the food waste problem

Helping the largest convenience store chain in Poland leverage digital as a force for good.

Żabka is the leader in modern convenience stores in Central and Eastern Europe. The client wanted to quickly validate their revolutionary concept – no other chain of modern convenience stores in this part of Europe had a similar solution.

Netguru provided the end-to-end digital services necessary to quickly deliver an MVP feature in the store’s mobile app. The MVP was developed and seamlessly connected to the existing mobile application in just six weeks. The trial rollout included 55 stores in Poznań, one of the biggest Polish cities.

After successful trials, Good Package has the potential to reach all of Żabka’s customers, efficiently prevent food waste at scale, and promote responsible practices among other retailers.

What is greentech?

Greentech is the broadest set of technologies (digital and physical) that aim to reduce environmental impact and promote sustainability. This includes innovations in renewable energy, energy efficiency, waste reduction and management, water conservation, and sustainable agriculture, among others.

What is cleantech?

Cleantech, used interchangeably with greentech, describes technologies that have a more indirect impact on the environment, such as energy efficiency, waste management, and sustainable transportation.

What is climate tech?

Climate tech, quite commonly used interchangeably with cleantech, defines the smallest subset of technologies focused on greenhouse gas emission reduction and climate impact.

What is sustainability?
