Marek Talarczyk is the CEO of Netguru. He is responsible for running the business as a whole, supporting the realization of the company’s strategy, and leading the top management team. Marek is a transformation enthusiast interested in optimization and scaling-up within a business. He holds a master’s degree in Economics, with a specialization in Financial Analysis and Business Valuation from the University of Szczecin. He has gained experience working for tech companies all over the world, including India, Iceland, and the United States.
Wiktor is the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Netguru. He is responsible for the company’s external presence, co-running key initiatives such as supporting diversity in the company, developing Netguru’s social footprint, and implementing sustainable growth strategies. Wiktor is a technology enthusiast, investor, and connector. He acts as a keen mentor in the technology development community through organizations such as YPO, Hive61, and Startup Weekend. He believes in workplace transparency, diversity, and equality. Netguru’s culture is a natural realization of his drive to build a workplace that he’d personally like to work at.
As Netguru’s CSO, Kuba is responsible for the company’s long-term strategy and growth. He is a philosopher by education, but an entrepreneur by spirit. Kuba is an active angel investor in several technology startups, such as Luna Lang and Estimote. Prior to joining Netguru, he founded a leading Polish HR SaaS platform and led its sales team for four years.
As Netguru’s Head of Growth, Radek is responsible for the continuation of Netguru’s growth and the coordination of all marketing and communication processes. Radek has over 15 years of experience in working on web projects, both for large corporate clients and as a CEO. Prior to joining Netguru, he spent five years working in the media industry and also held a leadership position at a gaming company, CD Projekt. Radek holds a master’s degree in Sociology from Jagiellonian University.
As Netguru’s Head of Delivery, Mateusz is responsible for delivering top-quality, innovative products to clients from all over the world while leading a team of 500+ talented engineers, quality assurance specialists, product designers, and project managers. He transformed Netguru by building the Product Design team from scratch, introducing machine learning services, and leading ongoing strategic activities such as the management of the tech team's business strategy and technology roadmap maintenance. Mateusz holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and has always been fascinated with how technology changes the world and makes our lives better. He’s been through the full journey, from working in a project to being in top management and leading the biggest department across the entire company.
As Netguru’s Chief Financial Officer and Board Member, Małgorzata is responsible for all financial, legal, and administrative matters. Her primary duty is to maintain and improve upon Netguru’s financial standing and secure financing for day-to-day operations and investment opportunities while ensuring that the company is compliant with Polish regulations. Along with finance, she also leads the security division. Since the beginning, Małgorzata’s career has been about the IT sector. She is an ACCA member and holds an MA in Finance and Banking from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and an MSc in Finance and International Business from Aarhus University in Denmark. She also completed a six-month MBA course at the Management Development Institute in India.
As Netguru’s Head of Operations, Przemek’s primary duty is to ensure that Netguru is scalable and adaptable as a company, while leading teams responsible for operations, IT support, security, data, and information. His responsibilities also cover management of the Netguru Marketplace, a platform for freelancers that are looking for new project opportunities. Prior to joining Netguru, he led a number of international programs across the world, then later joined Netguru as Head of Project Management. He holds a number of portfolio, project management, and agile certifications. Przemek is an active lecturer at the Kozminski Executive Business School. He earned his master’s degree in Computer Science from Gdansk University of Technology.
Jacek Łastowski is the acting Head of Finance, responsible for overseeing financial matters and leading the Finance Team. His primary duty is to maintain and improve upon Netguru’s financial standing while ensuring that the company is compliant with Polish regulations.
Jacek earned his master’s degree in Finance from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. He has over 15 years of experience working in different financial functions and companies like PwC, HP, and Mettler-Toledo.
As Netguru’s Head of Business Development, Krzysztof is responsible for the company's go-to-market strategy, end-to-end relationships with customers, and revenue operations. Krzysztof has more than a decade of professional experience spanning across technical skills assessment, SaaS platforms, fintech, gaming, ecommerce, and electronics distribution. He holds a master’s degree in English Linguistics and a postgraduate diploma in coaching from Cracow University of Economics.
