Marek is responsible for running the business as a whole, supporting the realization of the company’s strategy and leading the top management team.
Marek is a transformation enthusiast interested in optimization and scaling-up within business. He gained experience working for tech companies all over the world, including India, Iceland, and the United States.
Wiktor is responsible for the company’s external presence, co-running key initiatives such as supporting diversity in the company, developing Netguru’s social footprint and implementing sustainable growth strategies.
Wiktor is a technology enthusiast, investor, and connector. He acts as a keen mentor in the technology development community through organisations such as YPO, Hive61, and Startup Weekend.
Kuba is responsible for the company’s long-term strategy and growth.
Kuba is a philosopher by education, but an entrepreneur by spirit. Prior to joining Netguru, he founded a leading Polish HR SaaS platform and led its sales team for four years. Kuba is also an active angel investor in several technology startups.
Gosia is responsible for all finance, legal, and administrative matters. Her primary duty is to maintain and improve upon Netguru’s financial standing and secure financing for day-to-day operations and investment opportunities while ensuring the company is compliant with Polish regulations. Along with Finance, Gosia also leads the security division.
Gosia is an ACCA member and holds an MA in Finance and Banking from Warsaw’s School of Economics and an MSc in Finance and International Business from the Aarhus University in Denmark. She also completed a six-month MBA course at the Management Development Institute in India.
Radek is responsible for the continuation of Netguru’s growth and the coordination of all marketing and communication processes.
Radek has over 15 years of experience in working on web projects, both for large corporate clients and as a CEO. Prior to Netguru, he spent five years working in media industry and also held a leadership position at a gaming company.
Mateusz is responsible for delivering top-quality, innovative products to clients from all over the world while leading a team of 400 talented engineers, quality assurance specialists, and product designers.
Mateusz has always been fascinated with how technology changes the world and makes our lives better. Currently, he’s leading the biggest structure across the entire company.
Dorota is responsible for building Netguru’s culture and employee value proposition to attract the best talent across the tech and business industries. She’s in charge of recruitment, knowledge and development, HR business partnering, community and engagement, and Netguru’s total rewards strategy.
Dorota has been working in the human capital management area since 2005. She is a certified Organisation Design and Development practitioner (Level 7 CIPD Award, UK), and a Certified Diversity Professional (US). Dorota’s interests focus on building agile, deliberately developmental, remote, inclusive organisations.
Przemek is responsible fulfilling the company’s promise to its clients by ensuring that every project is delivered with the highest quality, agile mindset, and best practices – while also maintaining an underlying focus of helping our clients grow their businesses.
Przemek is an active lecturer at the Koźmiński Executive Business School. He earned his MSc in Computer Science from the Gdańsk University of Technology. He also holds a number of portfolio, program & project management, and agile certifications.
Tomasz is responsible for developing a team of consulting experts aiming to advise clients on selecting perfect design, software, and Machine Learning solutions to meet their goals and needs.
His major focus are strategic management and analysis, high level IT architecture planning and management, system analysis and design, product and project management. He earned his Master’s degree in IT from the Telecom Bretagne, and holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes University.
