The client
Vinted GO handles shipping and logistics for Vinted, the secondhand marketplace. It pairs a digital platform with a growing network of pick-up and drop-off (PUDO) points and smart lockers, so parcels travel cheaply and with a lighter footprint than door-to-door delivery.
Since launching in 2022 it has connected businesses to multiple carriers, routing parcels more efficiently and building out its infrastructure market by market across Europe.

What we did
Carrier integrations delivered without slowing the platform team
Netguru worked as an extension of Vinted GO’s engineering group, taking on integration delivery and maintenance while the in-house team stayed on the product itself.
New carrier services on the shipping platform
An adapter connecting Vinted GO’s unified shipping system to carriers that each expose a distinct API, alongside maintenance of the existing integrations.
New label types and delivery options
New types of labels and delivery options, including home and shop delivery and economy, bulk and luxury packages.
Recurring issues turned into self-service tooling
Regular contact with Vinted GO’s internal teams surfaced issues early. Where a problem kept needing internal intervention, retrospectives produced the processes or tools that let external developers handle it themselves.
