Marcin is a change agent working with Netguru’s clients to foster hyper-productive, fulfilling organisations and create meaningful products. He also supports numerous internal initiatives and mentors Project Managers, Scrum Masters and leaders. His skillset encompasses agility, behavioural science, coaching, transitions, and more. Somewhere in between, he’s also a photographer and a traveller - from the Mongolian steppe to the icy waters of the Arctic, from wild parts of Vietnam to jumping rooftops in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
