Pola is fascinated by complex models and systems. Before joining Netguru, Pola graduated in Computer Science from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. For three years, she had been involved in enhancing processes and project management techniques in Pyrkon – the biggest fantasy and pop-culture festival in Eastern Europe. Pola is a passionate reader, she likes books that show different approaches to problems, different views, and different worlds. She loves beautiful designs and spends a lot of her spare time decorating and renovating her apartment.
