Kamil initially aimed at managing construction projects; accidentally, during his student exchange in Finland, he was awed by IT and start-up vibes and transitioned towards these fields quite rapidly. Kamil enjoys learning new ways and working in multidisciplinary teams, and in Netguru he finds plenty of both. If not in our Poznań office, he probably is exploring new restaurants, travelling, reading cookbooks or working on some after-hours NGO initiative. He has a serious soft spot for hedgehogs.
