Ola is always on fire. Right after graduating from a law school, she decided to work at Netguru where she's responsible for building and developing the company's internal community. She cares for our employees from their very first days in the company. Her middle name is Organization. She arranges onboarding days, webinars and team building events. Her primary goal is to make every person in Poland want to work at Netguru and everyone already in the company proud of being part of it. She helps our team participate and speak at conferences, meetups and university workshops. After hours, Ola loves all kinds of fun activities, especially parties. She has a passion for fashion news. In the evenings, Ola likes to discover new restaurants and other cool places.
