Business travels allowed under special conditions
We advised our people not to travel and moved most meetings with our clients online. This decision has been made out of an abundance of caution and care for both the Netguru team members and our partners.
All events and workshops were suspended
We cancelled or postponed all upcoming team retreats and internal conferences. We also decided to move our Disruption Forum events online. Here you can read more about it.
All Netguru offices were under half-open door policy
We switched over 640 people to an almost 100%-remote model in less than 24 hours. Netguru is a remote-first company that is able to operate with full business capacity without access to an office infrastructure. All Netguru team members are fully equipped and trained to work remotely.
Onboarding was moved online
All events organized in our offices, including the onboarding of new Netguru team members, were online or postponed.
An internal communications plan is in place
All topics and changes regarding COVID-19 are held on the official Slack channel. We’ve assigned a team to be responsible for passing all relevant information to the company, led by the top management representative as a single point of contact for business partners.
Our clients and other stakeholders are supported with the implementation of remote working
Having 14+ years of remote working experience, we’ve decided to work on guides and webinars about switching to remote work. If you have any questions or suggestions please let us know, we are happy to share our experience with you.
Our employees receive ongoing support
We have run an internal survey to assess the current situation of our team and their situation caused by the closing of schools, kindergartens, and other public institutions, and support them accordingly.
Business goals and focuses are being reassessed for maximum business continuity
We’ve prepared different scenarios for the company, taking into account all possible solutions to continue running the business without interruption.
