What are the responsibilities of a Java Tech Lead?

• Active development/features coding/bugs resolving
• Making architectural decisions
• Being a consultant for a client
• Decision-making when it comes to designs (in cooperation with a client)
• Support with scope definition for the specific phases (TL is responsible for delivering the team's tasks on time)
• Tasks delegation
• Technical point of contact for Steerco Team
• Monitoring current production

Apply if you have:

• Experience as a Tech Lead
• At least 4 years of experience in Java and Spring
  
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Microservices, REST API, 3rd party integrations (KYC etc)
• Experience working with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker
• Decent knowledge of Kafka and message brokers
• Web development security knowledge
• Experience in working on different projects or a big organization
• Experience in working with third-party integrations
• Great communication skills
• Very good command of English (B2+)
