Requirements:
- Proven 3-year experience in managing SaaS tools such as Google, Okta, MS365, Atlassian, Slack, Zoom, etc.
- Minimum 1-year experience in managing remote teams in a highly distributed company.
- Experience managing macOS & Windows endpoint devices, using MDMs (ie Jamf, Kandji, Intune)
- Ability to influence company decisions on IT processes and solutions based on context and data (often minimal) in order to deliver high-quality solutions fast.
- Experience in working in a fast-paced company such as a startup, scale-up, or software house.
- Experience in managing IT Change in a fast-paced environment, balancing processes, best practices, scale, and speed while keeping the best user experience in mind
- fluent English (C1)
- readiness to travel to Poznań office at times to cover for basic services in case of annual or sickness leave of our on-site role
You will be:

- Leading an IT Operations Team
- Mentoring the team on IT best practices and training.
- Continuously working on the vision for the team, ensuring the objectives are clear and celebrating achievements.
- Engaging the team and following through on business commitments and responsibilities.
- Actively participating in IT procurement, new contract negotiations, and IT equipment stocking.
- Understanding opportunities, requirements, and priorities to ensure the team focuses correctly for the benefit of the business.
- Monitoring, measuring, and evaluating the success of key metrics and regularly reporting on metrics, SLAs, goals, and roadblocks to management.
- Autonomously providing 1st and 2nd level support to all local users, from simple requests to owning complex technical issues raised by developers and highly technical staff.
- Supporting all IT Services such as, but not limited to: Google Apps, Slack, Atlassian, OKTA, Video Conference Systems, Windows and Mac OS clients, development tools, local IT projects, in-house events, server room, printers, mobile devices, onboarding of new hires, and offboarding.
- Creating documentation to share knowledge and assist with increasing user satisfaction through proactiveness and ethical behavior.
- Assisting with the purchasing of hardware and software license management, seeking new solutions, and providing support for existing ones.
- Taking part in Business IT projects to improve the level of our IT services.
- Working closely with other business units, including but not limited to Security, Operations, and Finance.
