You have an idea and a budget range, but scope and assumptions aren't agreed yet. ~1 week, 1 workshop, ~40h BA engagement. Deliverables: scope & assumptions confirmed, light requirement notes. Core team: Project Manager, Business Analyst + 1 Subject Matter Expert (developer).
M — Solution concept
